Deposits & Cash Payments

A $300.00 deposit is required for all bin orders paying the rental rate + per ton. Any tonnage under $300.00 will be refunded to your account after the bin is picked up and weighed.

Cash payments must be made upon bin delivery. A receipt will be provided to you upon cash payment and a copy will be kept at the office for our reccords. 

Weight Overage

Projects weighs each bin after pick up. Each bin is given an allotted tonnage weight limit. Once your bin is weighed, we will then determine whether your bin is over the tonnage limit given or not. You will be contacted by phone from our office to notify you of your tonnage over (if any) and the subsequent amount owing for the weight overage. Your weight slip is available to you upon request.

Weight overages are calculated as follows;
$85.00 per ton over. For example: 2.5 ton limit given, bin weight amount after pick up is 2.8 tons.
Calculation: $85 x 0.3 tons = $25.50 owing 


Failure to submit payment within the 5 day period YOUR WASTE WILL BE RETURNED TO YOU. It is imperative that your overage payment be made within 5 days of notification to avoid further action against you.

Waste Material

The waste material to be collected must be solid waste that is NOT a radioactive, volatile, highly flammable, explosive, bio-medical and/or hazardous material (referred to as impermissible material). The term "hazardous material" shall include, but not limited to, any waste (REGARDLESS of the amount) listed or categorized as hazardous by any municipal, provincial or federal law. Title and liability for any impermissible wasted materials mentioned above, will REMAIN WITH the customer. 

Rental Period

All bin rentals are for a standard 7 day period. Any extra days are at an extra cost of $20 per day or customers have the option to keep the bin for an extra $95 per week upon request.

It is the customers responsibility to call us to have the bin removed.
Failure to do so can result in extra charges for the extra days the bin is kept. Customers will be notified of scheduled pick up date once the bin has been confirmed for delivery. 

Liability of Equipment

Customers must aknoledge that they have care and control of Projects disposal bins once they are dropped to the requested location. Customers must accept responsibility and liability for disposal bins and/or any other equipment and contents owned by Projects including loss or damages, except when physically operated and/or handled by Projects employees.

Damage On Site

Customers must acknowledge that Projects shall not be liable for any damages to pavement, grass area, curbing or driving surfaces such as scratching, sinking, or warping resulting from Projects trucks and/or equipment servicing an agreed upon area.

How does our site handle Do Not Track signals? We honor Do Not Track signals and Do Not Track, plant cookies, or use advertising when a Do Not Track (DNT) browser mechanism is in place.
